A talented but unpredictable, computer designer who has bought an apartment and pays off the mortgage each month. His sole companion is the cute cat, Woori. He is looking for a housemate, who can pitch in with the mortgage and help him pay off the loan faster.

Jung So-min as Yoon Ji-ho (30 years old)

A demure assistant screenwriter, who dreams of becoming a successful writer. She is in constant pressure to appease everyone around her. Destiny plays its role in bringing her as a tenant of Nam Se-hee, and they end up living together and eventually getting married into a mutually beneficial contract
